Log into your Mollies account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Package with Care

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Refund

Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
